DESCRIPTION
This course provides a general overview of the HCS08 microcontroller family, part of Freescale's total microcontroller solutions. This course examines how the HCS08?s evolutionary advancements complement microcontrollers that already exist and expand features and performance into a higher range than the HC08. This course also looks at the CPU; peripherals and devices such as Flash, the ICG module, and the ICS module; security features and protection; and low voltage protection features.
