Loop time is reduced by 34%, giving designers flexibility to use longer network cables than can be used with other common isolated CAN solutions, and system-level power consumption is reduced by 38% compared to isolated optocoupler solutions. In high-voltage applications where minimum clearance is required, the 6.1-mm, wide-body package reduces board space by 30%.
