James Grenning is the founder of Renaissance Software Consulting. He has been developing software, and managing software development since the late 70's. Much of James experience is in embedded, from the first color weather display system, cut sheet printers, automated test and communications systems. He is currently practicing, teaching and coaching Agile development practices, Extreme Programming, Object Oriented Design, C++, and iterative development. He travels the world bringing state of the art practices to organizations like yours. James participated in the creation of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. James holds a BS in EECS from the University of Illinois, Chicago and is a member of IEEE.
