DESCRIPTION
In this course, we will summarize the design, features and benefits that characterize the economical, power-efficient devices in the Super Low Power (SLP) family. In discussing the technology of these MCUs, we'll highlight essential facts about how the devices help extend battery life in portable systems, including the importance of a fast oscillation stabilization time. We will introduce the products currently in the H8/300L SLP series and those planned for the SLP product line in the future. We will describe key products in SLP family and discuss typical applications for those MCUs. We will summarize the general-register architecture of the H8/300L CPU core. We'll look in depth at the CPU processing states and explain the transitions between various power-down modes.
