Enhancing System Level Security: Going Beyond the OS with All Programmable SoCs
by Xilinx, Inc.
Overview:
Although today's sophisticated processors and system-on-chips (SoCs) enable new levels of performance and technology across a variety of markets, such advances also bring new security challenges to designers as increasingly sensitive data is being passed across a larger numbers of processors, application specific subsystems, peripherals and devices, and integrated programmable logic. To meet these challenges, designers must now consider comprehensive, system-wide solutions to problems which previously could be managed individually on each dedicated electronic subsystem. This webcast will explore how developers can apply existing hardware and software technologies such as: ARM® TrustZone, IP cores, open source Hypervisors, Anti-Tamper and secure boot capabilities to enhance system security.
What Attendees Will Learn:
- How to maximize system-level security with advanced, integrated technologies that go beyond OS
- Why Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoCs are suited for a wide range of applications requiring secure data transactions
- How to address security across hardware, software execution and boot up
