Overview:
This webinar will cover the requirements and tradeoffs of running uClinux on the SmartFusion customizable system-on chip (cSoC) devices, based on ARM's Cortex-M3 processor. Several demonstrations will be shown including a Qt-Embedded graphical interface implementation using a soft-ip LCD controller in the SmartFusion FPGA fabric, a 4-wire SPI LCD demonstration, and additional demonstrations of networking and Linux shell capabilities with uClinux. The demonstrations will be shown on the Emcraft SmartFusion board and on the Microsemi A2F500-DEV-KIT.  This presentation is targeted at SmartFusion cSoC customers who are interested in running uClinux and want to see what is possible with this solution.
