In October and November 2003 Celoxica conducted a worldwide online survey of system design trends including the use of programmable logic and ASICs.
Survey respondents were asked a broad spectrum of questions ranging from the number of design starts, the size and speed of their designs through to system design techniques and design tool costs.
A total of 923 people responded to the survey which yielded some surprising results.
